Oktoberfest Märzen Lager - 6% $6 14oz
All American grown Vienna, Light Munich, and Pilsner malt, acidulated malt, and a small portion of under modified Pilsner malt round out the grist. Decoction mashed and kettle hopped with Hallertau Mittelfru, fermented under pressure with German Lager yeast, and Krausened. Cold conditioned and carbonated from fermentation, this Märzen is rich and toasty with a full body and just enough bitterness to keep it from finishing sweet. Prost y'all!

The grist for 2022 is Rootshoot Pilsner, Vienna, and Light Munich malts. Decoction mashed and kettle hopped with Hallertau Mittelfru, and fermented under pressure with German Lager yeast. Krausened for extra drinkability and clarification, and conditioned for 45 days. Prost Y'all!

This German Lager is simple in approach and delivery. American Pilsner malt and a small percentage of wheat and Chit malt make up the grist. First wort bittered with German Saphir, flavor hopped with Saphir and Huell Melon, fermented with German lager yeast. An easy drinking German lager perfect for all day festing!

Danke Sean Dunkelweisse - 4.8% $5 11oz $8 18oz
Brewed with one of our OG All-stars Sean, this Dunkel Weisse beer was brewed with a quad-blend of American wheats and Munich/Vienna/Pilsner malts, decoction mashed, with a very small addition of dehusked German roasted barley for color and the slightest note of bakers chocolate/coffee. Bittered with Hallertau mittelfru, and fermented in a horizontal lager tank with German hefeweizen yeast. A full mouthfeel from the wheat and decoction, naturally carbonated and served straight from the tank!

Hopfenweisse - 4.3% - $5 11oz $8 18oz
Our interpretation of a hop-forward Hefeweizen is made up of a triblend of American malted wheats, Chit malt, and equal parts Light Munich, Vienna, and Pilsner malts utlitlzed in a decoction mash regimen, enhancing a toasty bread malt backbone. Hopped sufficiently with fresh crop German hop - Hüll Melon - a derivative of US Cascade. Open fermented in a horizontal lager tank with German Hefeweizen yeast. A background of light banana and clove phenolics layered with fleshy apricot, strawberry, and a hint of honeydew melon sweetness.

Salinity Dion Watermelon Gose - 4.5% - $5 11oz $8 18oz
This petite German style gose was brewed using 4 different American wheats and pilsner malt, lightly hopped with fresh crop German Hüll Melon and grains of paradise hot steeped at the end of boil. We juiced local Orange Watermelons from Isom's Orchard in Athens, adding the juice to the boil and the pulp to the mash. Fermented with a lactic acid producing yeast called Sourvisiae, and lightly salted posted fermentation. Incredibly drinkable with a subtle salinity and a watermelon crispness.

A Fresh Collab with our boys from Yellowhammer! A blend of Pilsner and pale malt, touched up with Malted oat, malted wheat, chit malt, and a bit of honey malt, Mashed hot for extra creaminess, and a late mash addition of Brazilian light roast from Northside Coffee. Fermented with YH proprietary blend of yeast, and conditioned with Madagascar Vanilla, raw coconut, toasted coconut, and 4 different origins of Cacao nibs. Served on nitro to smooth out the mouthfeel into a Bushwacker like no other!

English Maris Otter base malt with small parts of a dark crystal, caramel aromatic, and special x specialty malts round out the base of this nearly 2 year old Barleywine, barreled in fresh Templeton Rye Whiskey casks Nov 20 2020. Very well aged to a rich depth of cacao, raisin, & baker's chocolate that lead into a deep charred American oak, finishing sweet with a pleasant rye spice. Tapped/canned 6/27/22

Second runnings from a batch of imperial stout provide a dark and chocolaty base for a small dose of lactose and a heavy hand of Northside Coffee's medium roast Kenyan Peaberry beans. Coarse ground and a 24 hr steep displays plenty of aromatics without being in your face roasty, while the lactose lends a softer mouthfeel with background vanilla notes as it warms! A guiltless morning beer!

American Pilsner, Malted wheat, and flaked barley make up the grist for the Sourvisiae fermentation! Hop additions of El Dorado hash, and a small whirlpool charge of Phantasm - Dehydrated NZ Sauvignon Blanc skins which are incredibly saturated with Thiols. These thiol compounds can be liberated during fermentation to add a Passionfruit/Guava accent, helping to layer in some tropical notes! Dosed post fermentation with Peruvian salt, Peach puree and Calamansi Lime, a citrus fruit native to the Philippines. Refreshing and fruity just in time for summer!

Belgian style Tripel aged 9 months in house in French Oak Chardonnay barrels. The residual sweetness from the Belgian malts balance well against the barrel tannins. Fresh white grapes, pear, and melon all harmonize with a noticeable malty sweetness on the back of the palate, finishing very fresh and relatively dry.
