TANK CONDITIONED LAGERS
These beers take time, and dispensing is no exception. Enjoy the wait! Served as a 3 Stage or Milk Pour (-$1) upon request. We use specialty dispensing taps to serve our Lagers. This faucet allows us to pour liquid multiple different ways. 3 stage is our house standard "hard pour" procedure to allow the beer to breath and build foam. Milk pour exaggerates this process in one pour, softening the carbonation even more and accentuating the sublety of Lager brewing.-
Gringo Mexican Lager 5% - $7 14oz
Our take on a Mexican style Lager starts with some American pilsner malt, flaked corn, and a touch of Vienna malt. A bittering addition of Czech Saaz and a flavor & whirlpool additions of New Zealand Wakatu, layering in a hint of Lime and fresh citrus. Fermented cold and under pressure with yeast from the well known Modelo Group. Incredibly soft mouthfeel from the natural carbonation, perfect balance from the Saaz. Served with a lime on request.

Macho Libre Mexican Lager 6.2% - $7 14oz
Domestic pilsner, vienna, and flaked corn make up the majority of this grist, with the slightest additions of chit, ruby, and dark malt for color and character. Boil additions of NZ Wakatu lend a light floral aroma with a subdued lime zest, pairing perfectly with delicious tacos! Tapped 4/27/23

This American Amber Lager is a classic American craft beer style with a contemporary twist. American grown Pilsner, Munich, and Chit malts, bittered with GR Mittelfru, and fermented with German Lager yeast. A tri-blend of American wheats and pilsner malt, bittered with Hallertau Blanc, and flavor additions with New Zealand Pacific Sunrise and a small hot steep addition of coriander. Fermented with Belgian wit yeast, and dosed post fermentation with a light addition of Orange puree. Soft mouthfeel and a slight pepper/spice nuance, rounded out with a fresh Orange slice! Brewed in cahoots with FOWWOW, A "wester than west coast" approach to IPA coming out of the PacNW utilizing lager yeast at ale temps. Pilsner malt, flaked corn and flaked rice set a simple grist for a crushable and crisp IPA. Bittered with Amarillo, with Amarillo, Idaho7 Hash, and Meridian combining in a whirlpool addition for some background citrus and tangerine peel, then dry hopped under pressure after fermentation with Citra and liquid Citra Spectrum. A delicious session beer for most of the day! Pale malt blended with equal parts flaked oats, wheat malt, flaked corn, and chit lend a full body for a balancing hop addition with some American classics. A blend of Amarillo hash, Cascade hash, Simcoe Cryo and Nugget make up the hop additions, fermented with Kveik Lutra for a clean and dry finish. Tapped/Canned 5/3/23

Pilsner and pale malt with a touch of chit and wheat malt builds a highly fermentable wort for this Kveik Hornindal fermentation. Chinook Hophash in the boil, and a whirlpool addition of Columbus, Citiva blend, and Zappa Hash. Diphopped with Strata Hash, Chinook Hash, Zappa Hash before fermentation, and dry hopped with Strata, Columbus, and Cryo Simcoe. Dry and assertively bitter with notes of Mango Diesel, Zebra gum, and Pine resin. Tapped/canned 4/20/23

Muscadine Monk Juice - 5% $8 14oz
This delicate beer was barreled in October of 2020 as a 4% Belgian table beer. We pitched some Brettanomyces and a mixed culture of other bacteria and microorganisms to the California Red Wine barrel! Fast forward 2 years, and this base was ready for fruiting. We racked the beer onto fresh hand smashed Muscadine grapes from Isom's Orchard is Athens, undergoing a final 3rd fermentation with the wild yeast from the grape skins! Tapped 11/23/22

Candi's Cupid 9% - $14 14oz
An already seductive Belgian Tripel, aged in house in Cabernet Sauvignon barrels for 12 months. Then she conditioned with Raspberry puree and Brett Claussenii, undergoing a simultaneous maceration process and a secondary fermentation. Raspberry Jam pops out of the glass with a full and substantial red wine body that drinks dry, finishing with oak tannins coating the mouth!

A delightful Pale ale brewed with the finest malts in America from our friends at Rootshoot Malting in Colorado! Mash hopped with Nugget, and exclusively hopped throughout the boil with Meridian, and fermented with Kveik Lutra finishing clean, dry, and clear. We dosed a keg with a new product, New Zealand Waimea Hop Kief, for a subtle aroma boost of Lemon zest, Grapefruit, and Spruce.

Nelson Sauvin Belgian Table beer 3.9% $6 14oz
We pulled some wort from Most of the Day IPA and fermented it with a Belgian Saison yeast, dry hopped at the end up fermentation with NZ Nelson Sauvin, lending subtle aromas of white wine and crushed gooseberry and finishing dry and refreshing.

Citra Saison - 5.1% $8 14oz
We pulled some wort from Blunar brewday into our Brett tank and fermented with Belgian Saison yeast, dry hopping before fermentation with liquid Citra Spectrum. Pale in color with a nice, full mouthfeel from the wheat heavy grist still finishes dry and snappy from nearly full attenuation. This Old World style has notes of orange zest and coriander spice all locked in from the naturally carbonating pressure fermentation! Tapped 4/18/23
